Common Questions
Does this track me continuously?
Absolutely not. We use zero continuous tracking. Location data is only generated once per scan by a finder, and only if they grant permission.
Is a subscription required?
No, The first 2 QR codes are free forever. Optionally, additional QR codes, physical stickers, and notification credits can be also purchased.
What does the finder see?
Nothing, except an anonymous landing page to help return your item. They never see your any of your personal information.
How precise is the location?
Although we accept accuracy values down to 1.1mm, modern cellphones can only do ~1 meter (3 feet) of accuracy.
